Administrator & Principal
Mrs. Kruzich comes to CCCS with years of both teaching and administrative experience. She holds both a bachelor's and master's degree from Liberty University and she is currently finishing up classes for her Doctorate in Philosophy for Higher Education Administration with an emphasis on Education Leadership.
Mrs. Kruzich's husband currently works at Michigan Tech, which is why they moved back to the area after leaving several years ago. She has six children and one son-in-law. She is a proud Army mom of two soldiers, and has two high school girls still at home. She and her family attend Evangel Community Church.
Grades 3 & 4
Mrs. O’Connor finally joined our staff after her youngest came of school age. A mother of 13, she home schooled before starting her children at CCCS in 2006. Mrs. O’Connor has taught many classes at CCCS and is currently our 3rd and 4th grade teacher.
Mrs. O’Connor has also taught Sunday school and VBS at Evangel Baptist, as well as teaching water safety classes at Suomi College (now Finlandia University). She conducted home school seminars for teaching multi-age groups and coordinated homeschool conferences in the UP prior to joining our staff. She is creative & puts countless hours into providing a place where kids can learn to be creative in a nurturing atmosphere.
Mrs. Blasiola graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University with a Secondary Education Degree, double majoring in Language, Literature, & Writing, and Mathematics. She is passionate about pursing relationship with God through reading His word and through praise and worship—she sang on the worship team for many years as part of her campus ministry and her church. She moved to the Upper Peninsula in 2016, as her husband is a graduate of Michigan Tech, unsure of the plans God had in store for her. As the summer progressed, she felt the pull of the Holy Spirit calling her to work at CCCS. She currently is teaching the Girls Bible class!
